Harmoni Holistic Center offers Pilates mat work which is designed to combine grace of movement with flexibility, balance and ‘core conditioning’ (deep muscles and soft tissues of the spine, abdominal, gluteal and thigh regions).

Core-Pilates incorporates internal focus, movement precision and deep breathing. It can help you tone your body, strengthen your back and re-align your posture. Regular sessions will help reduce your level of stress, help manage pain and bring more ease to the functional activities of daily living.
